The ALPHA fuel pump has a
modern stainless steel cabinet design. Available in two versions, one
standard speed and one high speed. Both models are fully electronic so
there are no levers, switches or knobs to worry about!
TECHNICAL DATA
Pumping Speed:
Choose 70 litres
per minute version for filling cars, vans or small trucks or 90 litres per
minute for filling vehicles with larger fuel tanks, coaches, buses and
articulated trucks.
Accuracy +/- 0.5%:
How accurately do you need to measure your fuel bill? All versions are
accurate to +/- 0.5%, this is the same as a forecourt petrol pump.
Display:
Single sided
electronic display shows up to 99,999.9 litres, the electronic totalizer
keeps an ongoing total of fuel used up to 999,999 litres. Dual sided
display optional.
Fuel Nozzle operated:
No switches, levers or handles to
operate or break. Simply remove the nozzle and the pump starts, replace and
the pump stops. Next time you replace the nozzle the display resets.
Key/Card System Interface:
Both versions can
be easily interfaced with most new or existing key/card fuel management
systems as a 10:1 pulse transmitter is fitted as standard.
Cabinet:
Modern robust
cabinet, completely stainless steel to prevent corrosion. Individual parts
can be replaced in the unfortunate event of accident damage.
Simple to maintain:
Good access for
service engineers allows for easy and quick maintenance. (Speak to Centaur

Breakaway coupling
- in the event of a vehicle driving away with the dispensing nozzle still
in the vehicle's fuel tank, this device breaks apart preventing loss of
fuel and damage to the fuel pump

COMMERCIAL PUMP has a electrostatic paint treated steel frame cabinet for
enhanced corrosion resistance and durability. Available in two versions,
one standard speed and one high speed.

999.9 litres. Non-resetable volume totalizer up to 9999999.9. Built in Dial
Lighting (Optional Extra).
Automatic cut off nozzle:
Industrial
quality hose (normally 9ft) with automatic cut-off nozzle.

CUBE 50 PUMP
The CUBE 50 COMMERCIAL PUMP is a 50 litres per minute diesel
dispenser with a fully automatic shut off nozzle.
Pumping rate depends on length of hose fitted.

TITAN FUEL TERMINAL
The TITAN Fuel monitor is an advanced fuel monitor designed to control
up to 4 pumps and 1,000 vehicles as standard, with entry of vehicle and
driver data by means of an onboard full alphanumeric keypad. Retrieval of
data is via printer or PC link facility which can be hard wired or GSM
modem linked.
PC FUEL is a Windows based package designed to give the fleet operator
full control of their fuel usage.

ZVA Automatic Nozzles
The ever popular ZVA range of automatic shut off
nozzles. Three position stay open latch, which may be disabled if required.
1" BSPF or ¾" BSPF swivel inlet. A range of guards and spouts to suit most
of your applications. Slim line 10-80L/min. 7-58 p.s.i (0.5 - 4.0 bar)
pressure. ZVA.25 80-140 Litres/min. 7-58 p.s.i (0.5 - 4.0 bar) pressure.
ZVA Vapour Recovery Nozzle
This ZVA nozzle is for use on dispensers with a stage II
vapour recovery system. Fitted with an unleaded spout and No. 4 guard.
Fixed inlet to fit onto coaxial vapour recovery hoses.
ZVA Aviation Nozzle
This ZVA nozzle is for use on aviation fuel dispensers.
Its suitable for use with Avgas, Avtur, Methmix & De-icer. 1" BSPF swivel
inlet. Fitted with a spout c/w drip cap chain/spring & No. 4 guard. 100
mesh stainless steel screen fitted in spout. Max pressure 72 p.s.i (5 bar).
